Bentsen Palm Development near Mission, TX includes not only our RV Park but also Retama Village. The Village includes huge double paved lots each with permanent storage buildings where one can park a large motor home or fifth wheel, or beautiful homes with gigantic garages to park the RV units. It is a gated community and has a large club house with swimming pools, etc. It takes RV travel to a new level for the people who have the money.

We think many of these people head their campers north in the summer and return each winter.
