A New RV Park and A Road Trip

On Sunday we moved a few miles closer to Leesburg into the resort shown above.  Our next-door neighbor up on the Manistee River in Michigan, Harry Olson, has been coming here for the last seventeen years so we stopped by to see his park model and check out the place.  It is by far the largest Florida resort we have been in yet.  We will be here for a week before moving on south to the Orlando area.

On Monday morning we got a call from Jan and Ron Schneeburger who are staying in a 5th-wheel trailer in the nearby town of Bushnell.  Bill used to work with Jan at a GM plant in Lansing.  They invited us to join then for a tour of a Flea Market in the town of Webster.  It was huge and crowded.

It was the first Flea Market we had attended where you could buy a year's supply of alligator heads if you needed them (as you can tell from the two pictures above).  Ron also took us on a road trip to see a few other Florida towns including Floral City.  We had a great day and did not get back to our trailer until late afternoon.
