Day 29: Karen Attends a Quilt Show in the RV Park (Part 1 of 2)

On Friday Llano Grande Lake RV Resort held a quilt show and asked all area park residents to participate and/or attend.  Bill played Pickelball outside while Karen went inside to the show.

Each attendee was given a slip to select their favorite in each classification.  Karen spent several hours wearing white gloves inspecting each item. 

There were rows of quilts and tables covered with entries.

Cathedral Window was Karen's choice for bed quilts stitched by hand.

Another favorite was this quilt that had every state flower.

It was a beautiful king size quilt all hand stitched.

Karen's choice for the machine bed quilt.

This one used Crown Royal bags!

Karen also liked Georgetown Hockey Star with the hockey rink in the center.
