We were almost 1/2 hour late leaving Barcelona Thursday afternoon because this cruise ship got in our way before we could get turned around. We thought the traffic control would be a bit more organized with just two ships!
This is a model of our ship, the Prinsendam, that is on display as we explored our vessel. It was built in 1988 in Finland for Holland America Cruise Lines.
Here is our cabin with a small veranda, or balcony, that is excellent to experience the sea air and water as we sail.
We enjoyed watching the sun rise on Friday morning from our small balcony. The seas are a bit choppy but we are getting our sea legs.
