We Arrive in Messina, Italy on the Island of Sicily

This fortress  is guarding the harbor.  Messina is the second largest city on Sicily.

We explored the city and took another guided tour.  The churches here are enormous.

It was another warm and sunny day.  This old bell tower chimed on the hour and the figures moved above.

This fountain in the city square served as a meeting place for many tourists.
Sicily is a beautiful island in the middle of a bright blue sea.

Our internet access is limited so our posts will be brief for a while.
We are six hours ahead of Michigan and will watch the MSU - U of M football game at 1:30 am tonight.
